Larry has spent 30 years in the plastics industry, on both sides of the business. For his first 15 years, he worked in injection molding, where he learned the trade from the ground up: part design, mold design, material selection, Scientific Molding, and SMED quick-changeover principles. He reorganized plant operations and implemented a lean system that took the plant from constant firefighting to running smoothly and predictably.

For the next 15 years, Larry moved to the supply side. After four years selling polymers, he joined a small distributor and led its backward integration into compounding. Over the next decade, he helped grow the company from 4 employees and $8 million in revenue to a 45-person compounding plant doing $45 million in revenue when it was sold in 2023.

Larry knows what it takes to run a plant, grow a business, and read the numbers behind both. That's what he brings to every client.

Chris's career is proof that the right skills can be learned at any stage. He started as a golf professional, moved into mortgage sales, and in 2008 went back to school to study information technology.

Today, Chris leads an IT department for a major health insurance company, where he builds AI models that analyze large, complex data sets.
